I've been using my computer for a while but recently the SSD was starting to become kinda iffy (it was from my old prebuilt cyberpower) so I reset my pc, then my ssd only worked at 1%. I added another one, but it's still the same, even with all the drivers installed. Anyone know why this happens?

Which SSD?
The Inland or whatever the 240GB is? (its not 'cyberpower')

What diagnostics have you run on this drive?
For instance, CrystalDiskMark and CrystalDiskInfo.

Post screencaps of both of those.

And the PSU make/model absolutely needs to be known.
