SSD possibly corrupt?

It first showed in Windows with no space on it and took forever to load. Then I reinstalled windows but it then didn't show up. Changed the sata cable and now it shows up in disk management but with a total size of 0.0MB.

Is it corrupt?

And if so, how can I rectify the drive?

I cannot format it. I tried diskpart tools but it still won't let me format due to no volumes and I cannot create a volume either

It now no longer shows in BIOS

Will it let you assign a letter then format , what brand of SSD?

Sandisk Ultra II, can no longer do anything as it does not show in BIOS

Must have died if not showing in the BIOS.
