SSD Probably Bricked

I bought kingston ssd today and booted it from hdd to win10, it was working fine and restarted the pc to install win10 on the ssd, about 50% into the installing i got blue screen of death and "dpc watchdog violation" error message, i restarted the pc and since than i'm unable to boot the ssd, it is not recognised in bios, doesn't appear in disk managment and when i plug the ssd only i get bios 0075 and 0078 error message and it goes to the "reboot and select proper boot device" screen.
Is there anything i can try to get it to work again, tried on different pc same result, changed the sata slot, power cable still same.

If it doesnt work on two PCs, it sure sounds 'bricked'...

Warranty RMA time?

Its bought from ebay / chinese seller, sent him message but i think he will ask me to ship it back and it will cost me as much as a new one.
Update: Put it inside laptop, same results, doesnt appear in bios, like there is no drive present at all.
