MOTHERBOARDS : ASUS TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS (WIFI)

I have two m.s slots, one of which is occupied by m.2 PCIe Gen3 x4
And I want to install the second PCle 4
Will it work with the motherboard?
I also have a HDD - 3.5 Inch SATA 6 Gb/s
Will he work?

Are you looking at the 980 (Gen 3) or the 980 Pro (Gen 4)?

Both will work, but that slot is only Gen 3. So the 980 Pro will still be only Gen 3 performance.
