[SOLVED] SSD Scam?

So I just got my SSD replaced in my laptop, and the new drive has come up as LCH 256V2S-HP (Liteon) even though the dude that fixes claims it to be a Samsung Evo 850 Pro. I don't want to open up the laptop myself to check, and I also don't want to drive back 45 minutes away just for him to open it up in front of my and verify the SSD. Is there any other way I can verify what drive it is?? It said Liteon in task manager, Speccy, and Userbenchmark. Also I know Userbenchmark tests aren't accurate but it seemed to score lower than a Samsung evo would.

Why would the repair dude install a six year old SSD in the first place? The 850 Pro is pretty old.

There is ZERO chance that it IS an 850 Pro anyhow if that is the identifier you are seeing. That is absolutely a Lite-on drive, but seeing a CrystalDiskInfo report would certainly be a wise step.
