Question SSD screw-heads are raised, how to make them sit flat ?

There are 4 holes in SSD tray. They must be aligned with 4 metal hooks rising from pc case.
SSD tray gets hooked onto them.

You probably didn't align SSD tray onto those hooks properly.

See how the empty SSD tray (next to your SSD) is installed.

The ssd bracket had the same pc case slide door machanic.
This means put the ssd bracket on the floor and then slide towards the bracket position, then screw.
Really strange thing is the pc case manual was so lame barely ever mentions anything like this and you are supposed to find it like a video game secret.

Maybe you were saying the same thing ?
I could'nt understand. lol

When you unscrew and remove empty SSD tray, you're supposed to understand, how it is being installed.
You can even try to remove and reinstall empty tray several times until you get it right
(if necessary for your understanding process).
IMHO - the process is quite obvious. And there is only a single way to do it right.

Glad you managed to figure it out. 😉
