[SOLVED] SSD showing more space used than is actually being used

Hi, I have a SSD (Samsung 860 EVO) that I use ONLY for installing games. It's never been used to boot from or for programs. I recently noticed that it only had 96GB out of 465GB free. I looked on the drive and I'm only actually using 211GB (I have show hidden files on too).
I noticed that I had a Windows 10 update, so I did that and it's still the same. I checked the SAMSUNG Magician software for firmware updates and S.M.A.R.T. health and they looked fine too.
I'm quite confused. I'll attach the screenshots to help.

Probably system restore points. All games, that you uninstall will go in there.
User has no access to these and they do not get counted, when you select all files on the drive.

Thanks for the reply. I used the guide you provided and the only drive that has System Restore points actiave on is my C drive. Maybe I've misunderstood your post. Sorry if that's the case.

You may need to turn system restore on and then turn it off.
That should remove all old restore points on the drive.

Okay, I tried this and nothing changed unfortunately

You can try using windirstat, to find, what is consuming space on your drive.
Run it as admin.

Nice! It seems to have found something!
There's a hidden folder (not sure how when I told Windows to let me see them) relating to Chkdsk. Is it safe to delete these?

Check, what's in there. Probably some old game, you haven't played for a while.

Yeah it's just all old games. Deleted them and my drive is back to the correct free space! Thank you very much.
