My pc blue screened, I then received an error message stating BOOTMGR is missing. Upon restarting again, my PC would hang at the Motherboard splash screen (pressing keys would not help) eventually it takes me past this screen to SMART screen telling me my SSD failed the SMART test. I can then access BIOS from there, where my SSD still shows up.

I was running Windows 7 64 bit
I Am now running Windows 10 64 bit on my HDD. Ive checked all cables/ Ports. Everything seems fine over there.

Not sure if its just given up as it is relatively old, but if there was anyway of salvaging old stuff on there id be happy!

*EDIT* - Disconnecting the SSD stop's the hanging at the motherboard screen

Thanks in advance :)

Its not under warranty, If there is any way of actually saving any data on it. Id like to know.
Thanks for the reply 😉
