ssd slow Speeds

Just bought a silicon power s60 ssd that advertises pretty decent speeds. After running many different benchmark tests my write speed is horrible and read is low but okay. I have no idea what is wrong and could use some help. I am 99% sure im plugged into my sata 3 as my motherboard is an older one (gigabyte ga-b75m-d3h) and only has one sata3 port. Any help is appreciated.

For some reason picture link isnt working but crystal mark gave me the highest speeds with 315 read and 88 write

SSD bait and switch technique. Return the SSD if you can and get a decent brand one next time. Never trust the product specs. Look at recent professional reviews instead.

Wow thanks thats depressing, sounds like amazon knows whats going on as they werent surprised about it when I just talked to them.
