SSD Speed Problem

Greetings

I got a Asus p8h77-v le motherboard with Kingston SSDNow 200 v+ setup
SSd connected to the Sata3 port with Sata3 cable..AHCI is enabled and using the lastest available drivers from Intel..Had a clean fresh install of Windows in ACHI mode.
Yet instead of reading at 500 and writing at 500 I'm currently getting 190Mb/s seq read and 90 MB/s write in AS SDD Benchmark which is pathetic..
Tested another SSD on my sysyem yet the speed is pretty close.


Any ideas what might be the cause of this?

just one guess check the alignment of the partition
