SSD stops working when I screw it into the case

I tested my ssd before I screwed it in to the mounting bracket and it worked. Now it dosen't. I'm very confused, please help.

Need things a bit clearer than the original description. Is this a new setup? Is the SSD the only drive in the system? Is it connected to everything properly, did you make sure cables are in all the way and in the right places? What is not working exactly? Not seen in the BIOS? Is this a boot drive?
