[SOLVED] SSD suddenly dead

Hello people.

I have a 3 years old kingston 240gb ssd installed on my notebook. I was using it normally yesterday but today, when i turned on my computer, it wasn't recognized as a boot device. The ssd is recognized when i connect it to my other notebook through a external hd case, however it doesn't detect any partition.

I tried to format using Windows and Ubuntu tolls, but it wasn't successful. Does anyone knows if there is anything that can be done? This image show the error when i try to format using a windows bootable pen drive.

An information update. Using the CrystalDiskInfo i noticed the name of my ssd is SATAFIRM S11. It seems to be a known problem. I will look for this, but any help will be appreciated,

Might have to low-level format it. Manufacturer might have a tool on their website for that. Not sure how/if it works on SSDs but on normal Harddrives, that was a decently common thing.

Could also just be a dead SSD. Has happened to me. Within warranty period.

I was able to fix the problem. It is a firmware problem and luckily, a Russian guy made a software to fix it. I found the solution here if anyone face the same problem (https://www.clubedohardware.com.br/...0-não-reconhecido-satafirm-11-erro-es/page/2/).
It is a portuguese forum, but can be easily translated with google translator.
