SSD to SSD transfer Windows 10 very slow

Hi,
I have two 240mb HyperX SSD and transferring files from one to the other seems to be very slow in Windows 10.

On Windows 7 it would report transfer speeds of 450+MB a second and the time it would take to copy gigabytes of data would confirm that. Both drives are rated at 500+ for both read and write so with a little over head I'm very happy with 450MB a second.

However on Windows 10 copying similar data, gigabytes of video files I'm only getting about 130MB/s

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hey there, SRRAE.

It might some sort of incompatibility issue. Try updating your OS if there are available updates to see if that fixes things up. Check if that SSD model has firmware update available as well and if it does - install it. Try updating the BIOS/UEFI as well.
If nothing seems to be working you might want to contact either the SSD manufacturer's customer support or Microsoft's customer support to see if the guys are aware of that problem and if they have a solution.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how everything goes.
