ssd usb help

I have a 128 go ssd which I want to put in academic so it connect to my computer by USB 3.0 but don't know what case to get the last one got really hot so something was wrong can some one help its pci

I'll be looking at this as well. I want to add an external 1TB ssd and want the best USB3.1 enclosure I can find. Not a place to skimp on a system I think.
