Question SSD Wear Leveling Count at 1 (SMART).

Hello, I think my SSD may be dying. I have tested it with Hard Disk Sentinel and it states that the wear leveling count is 1, and that I should back up my data immediately. I have done so, and then Windows stopped booting correctly, stating that I was missing key Windows files.
I reinstalled Windows and all seems to be fine, but the Sentinel software still thinks the SSD is at 1.
Do I need to accept defeat and get a new SSD?

I'd first investigate to see if Hard Disk Sentinel is relevant/pertinent to your particular SSD; a current compatibility chart is found below:

What SSD do you have? How long has it been operating?

(I'd instead perhaps also look to see what CrystalDiskInfo says about the status of your SSD....; certainly if both indicate issues, I'd be more concerned.)

Use the manufacturers diag tool instead.
See what it says.

And you should ALWAYS be ready for a full drive fail.

There is one particular Samsung drive that appears to have a bug in the Wear Levelling SMART attribute, so a closer examination of the SMART data would be advisable.

I agree that CrystalDiskInfo is the better tool to report these attributes. Manufacturer's SMART tools report very little information, if anything at all, SeaTools being the worst IMO.
