Hello guys,

So recently my computer wont boot past BIOS screen (loading circle won't stop spinning). Sometimes if I restart it enough times it will eventually boot into my welcome screen but when I type the password it just keeps loading then going to a black screen.

My question is, can I use Ultimate Boot CD and check for errors on my SSD, Memory, and CPU to see if its any of those things? My thought at this point is just a faulty OS, but I want to make sure.

Thanks for any help!!

Thanks guys. I don't have a repair disk. If it turns out my hardware is all good, then ill just do a fresh install of windows as i have all my files backed up to an external drive. I just didn't know if Ultimate boot CD worked with SSD's. But thanks for the info!

The files are simply copied and pasted files. they aren't windows files. Once I have the new Windows OS on my drives again ill just copy them over. My question however is, I want to make sure its just a Windows problem and not something faulty with my ssd, ram, or cpu. If Ultimate Boot CD works for checking any of these for errors and it comes clean, then I know its just windows and not any hardware.
