last month I got a kingston a400 120gb(I know, really cheap), but it was supposed to have 500mb/s read speed and 320mb/s write speed. Basically every benchmark i've seen on the internet, the read speed is almost 500mb/s and write speed around 450mb/s (???). But the worst part is that the one I have is slower in every way. The read speed is 390-400mb/s and the write speed cant go over 130mb/s, when I try to copy a 5gb single file inside the drive itself, the speed starts at 300mb/s for one second and then drops to 70-100mb/s, also notice the access time is pretty high too.

just to make some things clear, of course it's connected to a sata 3 port with a sata 3 cable, and of course it's already running on ahci mode, i've also tried doing a secure erase and it did nothing
my mb is an asrock a320m-hd(i know, pretty cheap too), could it be the problem?
