Given that all we get out of you is barely literate drivel with no
thought to context or any of the other niceties of language you're
hardly one to pass judgement.

In response to your request; I’ll do what I like and if you don’t like
it either kill file me or piss off.

If you want people to be “mellow” towards you I’d suggest you check out
news.newusers.questions, and get at least one clue, because I'm afraid
until then you're going to just appear as another moron like Jimi wasting
everyone's time, wanting to be the one swinging the biggest dick about.

I see this as a lose/lose situation for you. If it's true, then you're a
child abuser. And if it's not true, you're a liar. Either way, it may
reflect on your character should this go to court.

You know, in a stand up court case I think that the amount of damage done to
respective characters is likely to stack in my favour. So much is based on
actual evidence. You think if it were just based on posts to a newsgroup
that I wouldn't already have nailed Jimi to the wall? As it is I've given
evidence in every kind of court this land has to offer, and I know how this
works. You might say it's my home ground. Either way, my objective isn't to
be well thought of by anybody here. I only have one objective.

My objective is generally to be the first person to the sausage rolls, and
to have scoffed most of them before the lammingtons run out.

As far as I can see, you don't have any evidence that directly implicates
Jimi in anything. Or any evidence that he is 'Mike Hunt', or that he's
directly affiliated with the person who is 'Mike Hunt'.

> As it is I've given evidence in every kind of court this land has to offer, and I know how this works. You might say it's my home ground.

That'll be why you keep ignoring your solicitors suggestion that you have no
contact with the aforementioned parties.

> Either way, my objective isn't to be well thought of by anybody here. I only have one objective.

Being well thought of here isn't my point. If this goes to court, things
you've said here may well show you as an aggressive type of person. And
your 'evidence' may well go up in an 'it was provoked' cloud of smoke.

You know what, Stephen. You let me worry about that. Jimi has nothing to
worry about, especially if the fingerprints taken off the threatening letter
sent to my house don't belong to him. The worst that happens to me is that
after a look at RGMW a judge determines that in a place of hot air I
contributed some.

These are observations......from your posting history

About the time you wanted to meet you with me in some park and beat me
up or the time you invited me to your employers for a fight? Then you
came to a resturant looking for me with violence on your mind.

Didnt you invite me to come to a sports hall for a punch up?
Havnt you regaled us with your violent antics a at Toxteth and
Stonehenge (IIRC) - how your fellow officers called you 'the nutter' -
why, didnt you say your were the playground bully?

All these are available for googling - perhaps your soliciter would
like to do so, so he knows what sort of client he has?

I never suggested that you should do, but continually replying to him
against your solicitors wishes is particularly stupid. Unless of course,
you're trying to bait him into making a spectacular mistake and telling you
his plan for world domination (also known as the James Bond Offensive).

Yeah, he'll never take into consideration that you allegedly beat children
under 13 or went hunting 'Micks' after a terrorist atrocity whilst a copper,
or that you've offered 'Mike Hunt' a fight 3-4 times (at least two of which
occurred before any letters were sent to your work or home). Judges tend
not to ignore things like that.

Let's just say that while I have been advised that there is no material
benefit to communicating with Jimi here at least any and all things said are
as public as is possible. For me, I have no intention of running with my
tail between my legs every time he chooses to post as Mike Hunt.

You see, judges work in facts. Allegedly counts for nothing. He'll look at
me, suggest I'm very silly for bragging about things which may or may not
have happened (and without a complainant...) then he'll look at what I have
and am accumulating, along with right now seven character witnesses, not
supporting my character, but exposing Jimi's. As you know, my offers to
fight the sock puppet Mike Hunt (for I had no evidence at the time it was
Jimi) involved a legal competition at a venue of his choice. That still
stands as it happens. I've never boxed, but I've a modicum of karate
experience which would stand me in good stead. Put simply, I don't really
much care about me, but anybody who so much as looks at my family the wrong
way better be prepared to reap what they sow. For what he has done I don't
care if the judge sends me down as well. Just so long as I get him.

It's hard to tell when you post everything to a public newsgroup.

I never suggested that either, but you're making things very difficult for
yourself.

The fact would be that either these incidents happened, or you lied about
them. Either way that goes towards showing your character. And at the
minute, I think a Judge would say you and 'Mike Hunt' are no better than
each other, and to stop wasting court time with a petty argument.

> As you know, my offers to fight the sock puppet Mike Hunt (for I had no evidence at the time it was Jimi) involved a legal

That would only have been the last one. The first was really ambiguous, the
second you invited him to come to Mongoose Hall, the third you arranged to
meet him in a pub and the last one was a 'legal' competition. The first
three were nothing of the sort.

> That still stands as it happens. I've never boxed, but I've a modicum of karate experience which would stand me in good stead.

Chalk up number five then.

Nickname was and is The Loon in police circles, Jimi. Think my solicitor
isn't fully aware of everything there is to know? You clutch at whatever
straws you like. When you make your mistake I'll be waiting. The offer of
sorting this out in a sports hall still stands. Not your style though, is
it?

Threatening a person's livelihood and family is petty now is it? Wait till
it happens to you and see what you think. Now as far as I can see I've said

But youre so good a being the fool Singers. How could one not mock you?

Going to reply or play with your children? What a choice. I guess
you'll reply, since you love the attention more than your children.

You brought your employer into it. Actually, at the time I did ask you
if they were aware you were inviting people to the premises for a
fight.

The letters were sent long after the petty argument had started, and are
just an escalation of it. Much like your threats of physical violence.

> Wait till it happens to you and see what you think.

I imagine I'd be amazingly bemused by the whole thing. Of course, I'd pass
any letters on to the police and let them deal with it. I wouldn't sit
about swapping insults and threats with the offender on Usenet.

Fair enough. Feel free to gloat at length if I happen to proved wrong about
anything I've said.
