Question Stable GPU overclock but has problem after restarting pc

I have a GTX 1080ti and just overcclocked it with MSI afterburner and tested it's stability with MSI kombuster and super position benchmark. But after restarting my PC, I start having problems such as freezing and black screens. I then Removed my GPU, uninstalled MSI afterburner and then reinstalled my GPU and that's where I am now

does anyone know how to fix this?

Intel core i7-8700k
seasonic S12II
gigabyte 1080 ti Fe
hyper X ddr4 8gb 2400 ghz (x2)
ekwb A240G
kingston ssd 120g and western digital 2tb

GPU temp when stressing 55-60 degrees Celsius
CPU temp 60-70 degrees Celsius
