Standard VGA Graphics Adapter?

I've just reinstalled window 7 pro. Turned it on and my resolution is by 640x480 and I can't change it. I have AMD GPU. R7 200 series. I tried downloading the driver auto updater but it says there are failures. I need help with this please. I have a lot of stuff missing, I can't access my documents or anything of a sort. Please, I need to fix this.

manually install your AMD card driver

it should work fine

download driver to a folder you make on your desk top then once downloaded run driver install [exe] from that folder

usually it defaults at 800x640 from my experience when it can't load videocard drivers. laptop or destop? make & model# of laptop\desktop or motherboard?
