Standard VGA Graphics Adapter?

Hello recently I've been playing FiveReborn GTA V mod, but it takes issue with Standard VGA Graphics Adapter driver.
I'm using a graphics card which is correctly recognized but the Standard VGA Graphics Adapter driver just sits there with code 10.
I uninstalled it but it just gets reinstalled on reboot.
So far I have tried,
checked my bios and integrated graphics is set to peg.
have updates set to never check

update- I solved it by blocking driver installation in the group policy.

Standard VGA Graphics Adapter driver is a built in to windows default ''fail safe'' driver generic driver - you need to install the proper vender driver from NVidia or amd for your card to gain full gpu potential and performance ..
