Standoffs not Tightening

Hi guys


I have a new cooler master haf I got from newegg for $50. I tried to get one standoff tight and it started spinning. I don't want to mess up the other threads worse than they already are so I left they others not snug.

Is it worth finding nuts for the little bit of the standoff protruding out the back or installing the motherboard screws while holding the standoff threads with a needle nose?

Does anyone think I should RMA the case ? Seems nice otherwise.

You probably tightened it a little too much and stripped out the very minimal threads. Allowing the standoff to now spin and not get tight.

Yes, a tiny thin nut on the other side would probably work.
