I started to play survival on Star Wars Battlefront and I noticed that artifacts would only show up on the "High" and "Ultra" preset. So this got me wondering if there is a problem with my card. I reinstalled the drivers, nothing. Reseated the card, nothing. So i decided after doing those things with no success on battlefront that I would try to stress test my gpu with furmark. What happens? Absolutely nothing, its like my gpu is just fine. It seems to only artifact when playing Battlefront. I am lost on what to do; I sent the card away already and they just gave it back. I don't understand why its having artifacts on this game but i cannot get it to happen on anything else. I know the temps are fine too. It continues to happen in the background when the game is paused.

GPU driver version Crimson ReLive Edition 17.5.2
Power Color Red Dragon RX 480 4GB (1 Fan) Link: RX 480
M5A97 R2.0
G.Skill RipJaws 2x4gb
600B EVGA PSU
AMD FX-8320 @4ghz
Windows 10 Home
Card is not overclocked.
One last question. Is it a possibility that artifacts are just happening very rarely on other applications and I'm just not noticing them?
EDIT: I pinned down the artifacting to be caused by the "Mesh Quality" setting. Anyone have any idea why this is happening with this setting?
