start button appears without clicking it

hi guys, my start button in windows 8.1 appears without clicking it. how can i solve this problem ? and what would be the cause of this type of problem..?

I know you've stated this in your thread body but are your query specific towards Windows 8.1? If so then the thread was in the wrong section. If it is indeed Windows 10 and the start button popping up issue is prevalent then try a repair install.
