Start over, add on, or reorganize?

Current storage: 750gb HDD and 120gb SSD.

System is 18 months old. SSD is full. Games and media all stored on the HDD, but somehow I still managed to fill it up. Here's everything I'm considering:

-Scorched earth. Wipe everything and start over, while trying to be more preemptive on where programs and files are stored. I like the idea of a clean slate, but hate the idea of backing up and re-installing everything important.

-Save the HDD. With windows 7 being installed on the SSD, I'm assuming I could just reformat that and try saving the HDD content (game files probably highest priority). But that might not work since my origin and steam programs installed to the SSD, and I just direct all game installs over to the HDD.

-Expand. Thinking of maybe just purchasing a second SSD. This is where I would probably install a few key games on to maximize performance. That would work right?

-Reorganize. This is where I feel the community could help. Is there a guide or program that can help reorganize and optimize my storage situation, without wiping it all? I'm only now just learning that you can re-direct almost anything (user folders, program files, etc) to install on either drive, but that ideally it gets setup when first installing Windows. Can it be done now with little fuss?

-Other space saving ideas. Like I said, all games and media are on the HDD, but my solid state is still full. Are there known culprits for eating my space? I know the page file system takes a big bite (16gb memory installed), but I don't feel confident adjusting those settings. There's probably other tweaks to get some space back, but it also could just be clutter at this point.

Thoughts? Recommendations? I'll do what I have to, but if there's an easier solution I'm not thinking of, I'd hate to pass it by.

Thanks!
