Question Starting Watercooled System

Hey Guys,

I am looking to start a watercooled build, I have done a few regular builds in the past but never a watercooled one, what im looking to know is where do i start? How do I know what i need to get to make the whole system work? My Budget will be about 3k if someone could put something together really quick i would really appreciate it.

If not can someone give me a list of a few things that i need in order to get the ball rolling.

Water cooling and really quick don't exactly go hand in hand. Unless you are talking about all-in-one cooling.

You might want to list a few preferences, what your build needs to include (Monitor, keyboard, OS, etc) And what currency/location you are talking about.
