To start msconfig.exe...
Start | Run | Type: msconfig | OK
To find Startup Programs:
Start | All Programs | Startup

Start | Run | Type: msinfo32 | When that opens |
Click the [+] next to Software Environment | Click Startup Programs

Right click your Start button | Explore All Users |
When that opens | Click the [+] next to Programs |
Highlight Startup | Look in the right-hand pane |
Click the [+] next to your name (left-hand pane) | Click the [+] next to
Programs | Highlight Startup | Look in the right-hand pane.
