Hello everyone,
I would greatly appreciate your help and advice on the following issue I'm having with my computer.
A while back, I, very foolishly, shut down my computer while Windows was in the middle of updating itself before a proper shut down. Now, the only way I can get my computer to start, that is for Windows to load and my screen to actually display it, I have to remove the CMOS baterry for a few minutes, put it back and start the computer.
Is there anyway I can repair the situation so that I won't have to remove the CMOS battery everytime before startup?
Thank you in advance,
N
