[SOLVED] Startup programs still starting after disabling them in windows 10

I'm having two programs, Spotify and Epic Games client. They keep reopen after I boot my computer as we said startup, I tried many times to disable it or disable it again. It does shows "Disable" but still keep starting up. It's annoying for me to keep closing them to not let them use up my memory. Any help with this? Thanks

Where did you disable it? In the task manager?

Yes I disable it in the task manager.

I use Ccleaner to trim the fat from my Start-up programs.

Click on Tools and then Startup to see and modify your startup apps.

Just click on Spotify and click on Disable or you are welcome to delete that entry which only removes it from the startup list. The program itself isn't affected.
