Startup Repair Error

I just replace my old motherboard with a new one and when I turned it on there was a problem with starting windows so it went to the startup repair. It was unable to repair the problem automatically so I'm here asking for help on how I can do it manually.

Solution
When you change the motherboard you have to perform a fresh installation of Windows and re-activate it since your new motherboard represents completely different hardware compared to the old one, it's effectively an entirely different computer as far as Windows is concerned.
