Startup Setting in Advanced Startup shuts down computer

Okay, so I need to get to the startup settings on my computer, it's a Lenovo K410 and first off when I click on advanced startup and the computer restarts it takes forever to load. I called Microsoft about it and they said there was too much cache on the computer so I factory reset it and that didnt help so that cache isnt the issue. Anyway, once advanced startup loads I click troubleshoot, and then I click startup settings, computer restarts. Once it finishes restarting the screen stays blue for about 2 minutes with no text, and slowly one line of text at a time, the options appear. I cant select anything while its doing this. As soon as the last option appears, "Press F10 for more options" the computer just shuts itself down, everytime.

1) Lenovo is garbage
2) Never "refresh", simply reinstall properly using the steps at https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10
3) Advanced startup is supposed to restart the computer. The issue is that your bios seems to be messed up. Try updating the bios from the manufacturer's site.

Yea thanks for the incite, honestly I just said screw it and got rid of the dumb thing, gonna just build my own. Mostly because Lenovo sucks big dong, I checked their website for the BIOS istallation, and they only have downloads for their ThinkPad stuff, which is complete and utter bull.
