Game looks Interesting - but the graphics looked like Crap. Maybe someone should mention , "DirectX 11"!

Nerds aren't the only people into the zombie hysteria. I know tons of people that watch walking dead on AMC, they didn't even know about the comic books until recently, that includes myself. I think there is a large interest in zombies and post apocalyptic type movies and shows because subconciously people feel something bad is coming. Me personally i don't think the world is going to end, but if you actually research the economy even top level economists from harvard, princeton etc... all say the economy is a ticking time bomb, and another great depression is enevitable unless we start taking drastic action to fix our budget. This time the great depression will take much longer to bounce back because of much less resources and a much larger population. Don't take my word for it, just do your own research, it's undeniable that eventually when we try to sell half a billion in bonds every year, eventually no country is going to want to come to the table and buy them. You will then have massive layoffs and credit freezes.

But really, "you are good with computers?" Really????? So is everyone else, i built my first PC when i was 11 years old. Back in the day when you actually had to set and manage interrupt requests, master,slave, etc.... It's so easy a caveman can do it.

yyyeeeaahhh.. this one aint for me, not hating or anything, i'll probably still add it to my library, but my 1st thought was it was 1st person (it would be much more immersive) guess i'll have to wait for dayZ..

by the way am i the only one who is actually enjoying Dead island?

umm.. i dont want to start bickering or anything.. but it was 1st pesron.. the driving maybe 3rd but the rest of the gameplay was 1st person... u sure u arent mixing up game titles?...

I think a zombie apocalypse will not happen but I seriously think an apocalypse will happen which would probably be much worse. Ironically I think the people best suited to survive it will be the same people who inadvertently caused it. All I see for the future is that human population growth will outstrip technological advancement due to too much anti-scientific sentiment and the only way to solve it will be worldwide wars, or holocausts (not against Jews this time), or simply following Dr. Aubrey de Grey's instructions. However if Dr. Aubrey de Grey turns out to be a nutcase like basically everyone suspects, then we're totally screwed, I'm not even going to say God help us because some people take that literally and think it's actually a good idea.

If the game is good, I hope someone makes a mod for mutiplayer if it isn't in the final version of the game on PC.

After watching the trailer tho, I do hope they tweak the aiming system for using guns. I kinda want a crosshair =/
