[SOLVED] Static/Buzzing voice in Headphones

Whenever I plug my headphones in my computer, a static/buzzing sound/noise comes from the headphones. It is not my headphone's problem as I have tried 2 different headphones both giving the same static/buzzing noise. I used to get about 85 FPS in my games but now due to the static noise I get a miximum of 30 FPS with frame drops reaching 11 FPS.

I have tried re-installing my drivers, have tried two different headphones and have tried troubleshooting it, but nothing works.

I use a 3.5mm jack.

Static sound is quite normal when you're not playing anything on the computer.
Try a different headphone jack if you have one.
The sound card could also be the problem here.

The sound only comes when i'm playing a video game or am watching a video on YouTube. I watched a whole documentary with it on Netflix and not a single static/buzzing sound.
