I recently built a new Computer, everything has been running smoothly until i tried to fit my new CPU fan, the back audio jacks are working fine, but the front ones are giving static.

Ive tried them on both speakers and my headset and neither work, does anyone have any idea how i can solve this issue? Thanks

Probably a mobo issue due to shoddy or high power fan. If it's a PWM fan you can isolate it by using a 4 pin splitter with molex for power, that should bypass the mobo and keep it's voltages clean
Have you made sure that the cables aren't running alongside any power cables? Also, you mentioned that you have only recently finished your PC, would you be able to list specs? Sometimes motherboards can have rubbish on-board sound from unit to unit but I doubt that this would be the problem.
