Static IP for server

Hello,i want to run my own web server. i have Windows 2008 Server R2.
we hv one router for internet and it is linked with switch. 30 computer are running on local LAN and getting Internet.
now my ISP give me a block of IP. i want to give it to web server.
what is the simplest way to use that IP and my web server is Online and also all user have to access to Internet.

Assign the router WAN port the IP your ISP Gave you in the router setup pages and you need to use only one

You will then need to update the DNS sever page on the account that hosts your domain name and change the A record to the IP address you give the router

Ok but, router may be blocking all incoming... then no more internet server. DMZ the server at the router.

i have draytek Firewall with ADSL2 router, is it ok or i search for better one
second i have one server only, can i use it for other purpose too, means as a file server, so how to manage that inside my small LAN server available as well as outside

yes you can but it all depends on the demand you expect on the server. If do plan on using it for other stuff don't put it a DMZ just setup the firewall and maybe the router to forward web requests to the ip of the server
