Question static noise and random black screen - new build

Hi,

I don't know if the 2 symptoms are related, but what I'm experiencing with this build is a continuous static noise that accentuates when moving the wireless mouse and a random black screen (only cursor is showing).
However, when the screen turns black the static noise disappear. Also, this conutiounous static noise go away when the fans speed goes up (when my stress test the cpu for example).

I tried to reinstall the driver, reinstall the OS, updating the bios before writing this post.

Any idea about this issue?

CPU : AMD ryzen 5 8600G
RAM : Corsair vengence 2x16Go 5200Mhz
MB : Asrock B650I lightning wifi
SSD : Crucial P3 plus
No dedicated graphics card
OS : Windows 11 23h2 (up to date)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time? Did you manually install all drivers relevant to your platform with the latest versions after installing the OS in an offline mode?
