Static shock when touching the case of my PC?

Now first of all, I don't even know if this is static electricity or some severe electrical problem having to do with the SMPS. I turned on my surge protector, the SMPS, the monitor and then I go to turn on the PC itself. I have a Cooler Master K380 case, so there's a big power-on button on the top-front of the case and the body is mostly metal. So I touch it and I get shocked, but weirdly, when I touched the button (as well as the case) again I didn't get shocked. Then I go to plug in my USB drive at the back, and the I/O shield has metal borders and AGAIN I get shocked, and again I touch it and I don't get shocked (everything is turned on by the way). So can someone explain what the hell is going on? Should I be worried?

Are you on carpet and somehow generating static shock, try touching something else metal in the room and see if you get shocked

No, the floor is marble and the PC is kept on a wooden table...

Only option is to check all power cables inside the case and make sure none are damaged, if you cant find anything, might be a bad case

Only option is to check all power cables inside the case and make sure none are damaged, if you cant find anything, might be a bad case

Never mind, turns out that the grounding is ducked up in my house due to the rains...
