I came home from a lan party and pulled my computer out of the original case box, which has the Styrofoam cutouts so the computer is safe durring travel. Well, anyways i pulled the computer out from the box to put back on my desk when i shocked the case 3 times pulling the styrofoam off the chassis. The computer seems to be working ok... Just thoughts and experience in this matter would be appreciated. I know when its plugged in it can ground, however with no ground my thoughts are i must have sent alot of voltage to my components.... (worried face)

Yeah, i just ran prime95 blend for about 15 minutes to check ram and cpu, and ran fur mark for a few minutes to check stability. seems to be ok. Never shocked my system while unplugged kinda makes me cringe.. I will be avoiding styrofoam in the future...
