Static shocked the case with only motherboard installed

While i was buildng my computer, I touched the case and was shocked very lightly. I know theres a lot of other posts involving this, but all the other posts have the PSU installed and plugged in. In my case, only the motherboard and ram was installed, no cpu/gpu. Is it fine? I read a lot about "Touch your case to discharge yourself", but i think that was when the case was grounded (In my case, it wasn't).

You should be ok.

Careful though - a static shock like that to a component will almost certianyl damage it....
