So i just got this asus zephyrus gx531 gs about a month ago and its been going pretty well until yesterday. when i was watching something on it i touched my laptop and i felt a static shock in my ear and then i stopped hearing any sound whatsoever at first i thought i fried my headphones but i tried them on my phone and they worked perfectly so i tried another pair on my laptop and still didn't hear any sound except for a low static type of noise when the vid would get too loud is there a fix for this or is it just that my audio jack is fried?
