reset the cmos to factory default...you have the chip overclocked. also your ram is hurting the cpu performace you should have used two 1600 4g sticks or faster ram that slow ram going to hurt the cpu.

thank you for your input however i showed my stats to a friend that knows about computers and he said that everything is fine but my ram is under clocked and it should be reset however he did not get how it could damage my cpu
