steam and mw3

i bought mw3 on 1 of my steam accounts. I had not played it in a while so i uninstalled it. last week i came to my pc and felt like playing some so i went onto steam but it was not in my libary. so i searched the game and it said i have to pay for it again.
so i logwed onto my other account and mw3 appeared but i am banned on that account. is their any way i can get the game back on my other account.

i bought the game from amazon and no longer have the code due to playing 43 hours of the game

Well .. this happened to good friend of mine. He bought from some shop Rust. He thought, that he has full version of the game. After 2 hours of playing, the game crashed. Then he looked into his library and it wasn't there. Then he asked on Steam support why he doesnt have rust anymore, and they said, that it was only testing offer or demo.. and this looks similar..
