Question Steam Gift Broken??

So I just bought Euro Truck Simulator 2 for my friend we have same currency and our timezones are the same. Steam took my money and on his screen he accepted the gift but where the install button usually is, now there is a button saying he has to buy the game..?

You'll have to ask Steam on this. Nothing we out here can do for you.

Your friends needs to accept the gift and add to my game library. From there the game should be able to be installed.
