So recently I've been having a strange issue, hasn't ever popped up before.
Recently whenever I am playing a game on steam I will randomly have steam and the steam overlay stop responding, which in turn freezes my game. After about 1-2 mins it starts responding again, and my game unfreezes. However a few moments after it starts responding again connection to steam is lost, and it reconnects once again a few moments later, but not soon enough to keep me from getting dropped from multiplayer sessions.
This is a pretty annoying issue, I've tried re-installing steam, updating drivers, restarting router, making sure ethernet cord is all good etc. Nothing has helped, and the issue is getting really obnoxious.
Any tips would be appreciated.
