steam os wine bottler

Hello i dont have enough money for windows 8.1 for my computer build. So i think i am going to run steam os. Is there a way to run wine bottler or something so i can play windows games on steam os

How much are you spending on the equipment? I'll bet there is enough fluff that you can pinch out enough for a Windows OS.
