Steam Overlay Image

I've been a steam user for 5 years now and as most of us I've had a bunch of problems with the program but this is the first one I couldn't find a easy fix!
So, I just started using 4K image and steam decided that it's not going to run in 4K! Both image in App and in overlay are absolutely horrible!
When I try to use overlay everything is really small and in the normal App everything seems kind of blurry!

Other then that, Steam has not mentioned anything on when or how they will implement 4k support in the steam client.
