Question Steam stuck on 0 bytes

I just noticed this problem recently but when I download or update something I get this

It downloads for a few seconds and then for it to continue downloading I have to stop and then resume the download it's quite annoying can hopefully be fixed.

It could be that your internet speed (download) is faster than the write speeds of your Drive, so it stops downloading because your drive is slower and is catching up.
Does the download start again after a while if you dont stop it and restart it?

After I went to sleep it fixed itself it was weird.
