Hey y'all, I figured I'd make a post here to see if anyone has ideas while I wait on Steelseries support since they don't have live support for some reason. I have had my Apex Pro TKL for a good while, and it's been great, but for a few months the software has shown this banner:
Anytime I'd click it, the software would lock up until I plugged in the wireless dongle, plugged in the keyboard, and set it to a certain connectivity mode. When finishing the steps, nothing would happen, and I'd have to close or task manage the software altogether to use it again. Now, a couple months later, clicking the banner does absolutely nothing. I want to update the firmware so I can get their implementation of SOCD and whatever other new features they may offer.
Anyone know of a way to fix this?
