My old mechanical keyboard doesnt work anymore so I want to get a new one. Everyone has been telling me to buy the SteelSeries Apex Pro or the Razer Huntsman Elite. Which one is better?

Go with what you want not what other people are telling you. I had a budget of £200 when I bought mine. Ended up spending £99 because the keyboard was right for me. What switches do you like and what function I’ll do you want? (Dedicates media buttons etc) is there a specific aesthetic you like?
