Question Steelseries Arctis 9

Good afternoon everyone, i just bought a headset steelseries arctis 9, in the first day no problems at all, good headset all good, But on the second day i started experiencing random small disconnects, like 1s disconnect and then connection back in with, (2beeps heard on headset). Anyone knows if this can be a faulty equipment or interefence? I have also speakers from logitech that have a wireless audio control but i have tested disconnecting it and still has the problem

Reset the headset, there is a pinhole under the ear cushion (non-mic side) and see what happens. Are you using it on a PC/Lappy or Xbox?

I did, it seems it didnt do anything, everything seems the same
